Dr Grosser has my complete confidence with regard to my cardiac care. His intervention some years ago undoubtedly saved me from a heart attack. He is kind, caring and utterly professional with a wonderful relaxed bedside manner.

Doctor Grosser, Is a charming man with a sense of humour, very knowledgeable in his field. In my case I felt at ease in his presence and felt comfortable that the tests he arranged identified my problem and I felt reassured with his diagnosis of my current situation. HIghly recommended.

Dr Grosser has been extremely helpful. He took the time to listen carefully and organised tests and assessments. He communicated promptly and clearly with my GP and sent me copies of all correspondence. At no time did I feel as though I was a nuisance or burden. He reviewed the results and explained the medication and treatments clearly. My concerns and questions were dealt with courteously and he ensured that I understood fully at each appointment. He has provided an excellent service. I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Dr Grosser.

It was by chance that I was seen by Dr Grosser as I asked Benenden to help after learning that there was a six month waiting list on NHS. My GP had referred me for a 24 hour heart monitor, something that I had twice before and told there was nothing wrong. I was very surprised when I arrived at my appointment at Benenden to be told that I had been booked to see Dr Grosser. I am so grateful to Dr Grosser for listening to me , where all other GPs and consultants had dismissed my symptoms when all test usually came back normal. One GP actually told me not to come back again as there was nothing wrong with me. However, on my initial appointment with Dr Grosser he diagnosed a rare genetic condition , after ordering all the usual cardio tests and scans that came back negative he prescribed tablets as a test, which worked !!! So after 66 years of trying to find out the cause of my numerous problems thanks to Dr Grosser I now know that I suffer with mast cell activation disorder. To be suddenly diagnosed with a heart condition after many years of generally good health causes great anxiety. Dr Grosser's calm very focused manner was very reassuring; he asked a lot of questions, not making me feel "interrogated", rather that he was intent on getting to the core issues. At the same time he was a good listener, and we even had a few minutes of general conversation at the end of our time together. I am particularly grateful for his arranging an early appointment in his busy schedule and the promptness of his communicating with my GP.
